Olympia Gym offers a wide range of facilities and we pride ourselves on our inviting and friendly gym atmosphere. Our gym is fully equipped to suit every need and our staff are always on hand to help.

 

The gym offers a large variety of free-weights, resistance machines and a cardiovascular room. We also offer personal training services, transformation programmes, and a variety of classes in our fitness and boxing studio.  

 

If you need help with your nutrition, why not book a consultation with  our nutrition coach or use our fantastic meal prep service to complement your training. Our reception is stocked with a variety of supplements and our very own gym clothing range. We welcome you to browse our website or come and visit us in person.

A fully-equipped free-weights and resistance gym, including top of the range Hammerstrength machines. 

Fitness Studio

A multi-functional fitness and conditioning room, full-equipped for classes and boxing. 

Cardio Room

A separate cardio room with treadmills, bikes, rowing machines and cross-trainers. 

Personal Training

One-to-one, group and transformation programmes available.

Transformations

Small group personal training and nutrition courses designed to give the same results as personal training for a fraction of the price.

Classes

A variety of classes instructed by top personal trainers.

Nutrition

Nutrition programming delivered by our in-house nutrition consultant.

Meal Prep

Macro and calorie counted meals, ready-prepared for your convenience.
